  • misterwolf Plot: In 2019, during the War in Afghanistan, a US Army Ranger named Nova Morales is in a sniper position, prepared to cover her squad and the general, Kevin Darrell, as they all rescue him from the enemy soldiers. The mission is successful, but after a fistfight between Nova and an enemy sniper turns violent and she is almost killed, one of her squad members shoots him and saves her life. However, the soldier then begs for his life, reasoning that he was only following orders, but the squad does not care and guns him down, horrifying Nova. An enraged Nova punches the squad leader, pointing out that he was surrendering, before she leaves them behind with Darrell watching in sympathy. Later on, he discharges Nova to further support her decision to stick with morality, and Nova then remarks that some things she did before what happened during that mission was no better and that she wishes that some squad members from a few years back were still alive.
  • misterwolf Seven years later, Nova has kept a very low profile and is a widowed mother of two: a preteen boy named Anthony, and a toddler girl named Eliza. One day, Nova decides to make a public appearance and announce that she will be politically involved, leaving her children in the care of Darrell, who is currently unavailable as a general until he is able to be called back into service. Nova, during an interview, openly mentions that she had endorsed Randolph Michaelson and his running mate David Knight in 2024 for president of the United States, and that she opposes the government organization Global Humanitarian Relief, saying that she is deeply suspicious of them. Weeks later, while Nova is in another interview, this time with Michaelson and Knight and surrounded by Secret Service agents, Darrell is attacked and knocked out by five assailants, who give chase to Anthony and Eliza. Anthony hides Eliza long enough for Darrell to wake up and find her, but he is unable to locate Anthony. One of the assailants catches up to Anthony and offers to let him go if he tells him where his mother is. When he spits in his face instead, he fatally strangles Anthony. In a fit of rage and grief, Darrell savagely beats the man to death. Having called 911, Darrell receives medical attention, while Anthony's body is examined. Nova arrives, and is grief-stricken to see that her son is dead.
  • misterwolf Wanting to seek revenge, Nova sends Eliza to the White House, putting her in the care of Michaelson and his daughter Rose, the First Lady who is friends with Nova, and then, she arranges herself to be declared missing. The news of her disappearance goes viral across the United States, but people like Michaelson, Rose and Knight acknowledge that Nova is merely taking matters into her own hands. Darrell, having examined the man he killed in the crime scene at Nova's home, realizes the GHR was involved, and informs Nova of this. He then sends an anonymous call to the GHR's CEO, Peter Walker, warning him that he ruined the wrong woman's life. Nova discreetly tracks down the remaining assailants in Idaho and snipes them all down one by one, leaving one alive for her to interrogate. The assailant confirms to her that the GHR is indeed responsible for her son's death, though they wanted her dead and not her children. Nova vows to kill every key member of the organization in order to weaken Walker's position, knowing he ordered the hit on her that day. Not listening to Darrell's warning, Walker hires a professional hitman, Norman White, known as "Hawk", to take care of Nova.
  • misterwolf Hawk arrives in the city, immediately beginning his hunt for Nova with cold precision. His reputation as a ruthless professional precedes him, and he sets traps and surveillance to flush her out. Nova narrowly escapes a deadly ambush, using her military training and quick thinking to survive. She meets secretly with Darrell in a secluded location, where they share intelligence on GHR’s operations and plan their next moves. Nova begins striking mid-level GHR operatives, disrupting their network and sending a clear message to Walker. Meanwhile, Hawk watches from the shadows, silently questioning the morality of his mission as he witnesses Nova’s determination and skill.
  • misterwolf At GHR headquarters, Peter Walker’s frustration grows as Nova’s attacks cripple his influence. Desperate, he tightens security and orders more aggressive measures. Nova, leveraging her skills, hacks into GHR’s internal communications and uncovers damning evidence of illegal activities and human rights abuses. Simultaneously, Agent Lancaster and Director Harrison ramp up their FBI investigation, connecting GHR to high-level political corruption. Vice President Knight and President Michaelson take steps to protect Eliza, ensuring the First Family’s support remains steadfast. Hawk, conflicted, unexpectedly saves a GHR operative targeted by Nova, deepening his internal struggle between duty and conscience.
  • misterwolf Nova interrogates the operative Hawk saved, extracting crucial information about Walker’s next moves and vulnerabilities. Darrell confronts Nova, warning her about the increasing danger to Eliza and their allies, urging caution. In a tense and charged encounter, Hawk confronts Nova directly. They fight fiercely, but neither gains the upper hand. During the confrontation, Hawk reveals his growing doubts about Walker’s morality and the mission he’s been assigned. Nova narrowly escapes again, but begins to see Hawk not just as an enemy, but as a complex adversary with his own code.
  • misterwolf Agent Lancaster publicly exposes parts of GHR’s corruption, igniting a media firestorm that shakes the political landscape. Walker’s political allies start abandoning him, isolating him further. Nova uses the media attention to apply pressure on GHR while maintaining her covert status. In a surprising move, Hawk secretly contacts Nova, proposing a temporary truce to take down Walker together. Nova struggles with trusting him but agrees to a fragile alliance, recognizing that their combined strength is necessary to bring down the corrupt CEO.
  • misterwolf Nova and Hawk, now uneasy allies, plan a coordinated assault on one of GHR’s key facilities. They infiltrate the heavily guarded compound, combining Nova’s sniper precision and Hawk’s tactical expertise. Inside, they uncover evidence of human trafficking and illegal experiments conducted by GHR. The mission is brutal and bloody, with fierce firefights and close-quarters combat. Nova’s resolve hardens as she witnesses the extent of Walker’s cruelty. They narrowly escape, but the operation severely damages GHR’s operations and exposes more of Walker’s crimes.
