The Inheritance Games follows high school senior Avery Grambs, who suddenly inherits the multi-billion dollar fortune of a billionaire she's never met, Tobias Hawthorne. To claim the inheritance, Avery must move into the sprawling, puzzle-filled Hawthorne mansion and live there for a year with Tobias's four disinherited grandsons. Avery must navigate the suspicious Hawthorne family, decipher Tobias's elaborate games, and uncover the secret reason she was chosen, all while dealing with assassination attempts and a complicated love triangle with two of the grandsons.
