Bruce Banner (Mark Ruffalo) is a scientist who works for General Ross (William Hurt) and General Ross wants to make a gamma bomb and Bruce saws a teenager (Drake Bell) driving a car and Bruce accidentally gets in the gamma bomb and turns into some kind of the monster called the Incredible Hulk!
