The Hunger Games Trilogy by Suzanne Collins
To demonstrate its power, the regime of the totalitarian state of Panem organizes every year "The Hunger Games". In them, 24 young people compete against each other in a battle in which there can only be one survivor. Young Katniss volunteers to participate in the games to save her sister. Next to her will participate Peeta, a young man whom she has known since childhood and who is in love with her. However, the Capitol wants to turn them into opponents.
