Synopsis

Hawkman and Hawkgirl go toe to toe with their most illusive foe, who uses shadows to his advantage to commit crime. Carter Hall discovers that the device that this man uses can potentially alternate Earth’s magnetic field if used too much and could plunge the Earth into another ice age.
