An elderly scholar has moved to live with a tribe in South Africa to learn how to live without technology. Since it has been 3 years that nobody ever heard of him, two Interpol agents are send to rescue him. However, they'll soon find out the CIA and the US Government are planning to create a nuclear warfare that will regress human civilization to the level of that African tribe, and that the old scholar was just trying to warn us...
