After an encounter with a bank robber, Captain Cold, goes wrong, Barry is framed by an unknown foe and arrested for a tragic accident he didn’t mean to cause. Forced to work with Snart to escape a prison in a barren landscape to return to S.T.A.R labs before the unknown foe can pull off a heist that can have disastrous effects...
