Returning with his lovely Prank by his side, the Trickster returns to Central City with a new evil plan. Creating a new machine that can switch personalities, he traps Barry and swiches bodies! Now as the new Flash he partners with Zoey Clark, now going as Prankster, to terrorize the city. Iris and Wally West have to sort out this conundrum before it's too late.
