A scientist of Central City was making a study, when a lightning strikes him and he's showered with a lot of chemicals, and he discover that now he is really fasts, and he start to use his ability to stop the crime in Central City, helping to the city like a hero called The Flash, and as a forensic scientist in the day, but someone appears from his past and from the future another velocist who is called Reverse Flash, and he threats everything that Flash love.
