Following the catastrophic events of Season 1, Barry Allen (The Flash) is celebrated as a hero for saving Central City from a singularity that nearly consumed it. However, As Central City rebuilds, a new and terrifying threat emerges from the singularity's aftermath: Zoom a speedster from Earth-2, a parallel universe. Zoom is faster than any speedster Barry has encountered and is determined to steal Barry's speed to become the fastest man alive.
