Barry Allen has been the hero known as The Flash for about five years, and has been protecting Central City ever since. But when his girlfriend’s nephew, Wally West is struck by lightning and becomes a speedster like him, it’s up to Barry to teach him the ropes to being a hero. While this happens, the criminal group known as The Rogues decide to hunt down the speedsters.
