It's been 2 years ever since the death of Barry Allen. Wally is greving the loss of his mentor and father figure. However the Flash legacy is still up for grabs and the only one who can live up to it is Wally himself. However an old threat of Barry's returns to haunt Wally, all because he's tide to Barry.
