A DC Legends Tale
Following the death of Barry Allen, Wally West finds himself at his lowest point. Wally tries his best to live up to the legacy of Barry, however he can't bring himself to fully embrace the mantle. When a familiar threat emerges, Wally races to protect a city that still believes in him.
