After gaining superhuman speed from a freak accident, Barry Allen, a forensic police investigator, continues to fight crime in Central City as the Flash. However, when a new supervillain, the intelligent and psychotic Trickster shows himself and begins to wreak havoc, the Flash must quickly put an end to his reign of terror before it's too late.
