A Wally West from an alternate timeline where The Flash makes a grave mistake that causes the death of a Justice League member and Iris West-Allen. Wally eventually grows up hating The Flash because of this but when he finds out his brother-in-law Barry is the Flash, his anger and vengeance grows even more. Wally eventually gives himself powers and vows to use them to kill Barry and bring Iris back.
