Wally gets sucked into an alternate dimension after being contacted by an old friend of Barry's. While Wally is trapped there, Keystone City has to deal with a threat from that dimension without The Flash's help. Some of Barry's old enemies will have to step up to take Wally's place while Wally ends the threat to the city once and for all.
