Joe's case was a little different, as it brought together Barry's regret of not having really managed to save him...but could he? This questioning leads to a experiment to test this, with Flash rewinding time to the right moment. But as he would discover, the Multiverse doesn't usually differentiate good intentions from others before giving its own answer.
