One night, lightning struck his laboratory full of chemicals that bathed Allen, creating an accident that would grant him super speed and incredible reflexes (also the ability to travel through time and between dimensions). But that will reveal him to be the fastest hero in the world and he must save the city by turning him into the Flash.
