Synopsis

When Barry tells him how he got his powers, Wally decides to replicate the experiment, which he does, successfully. Now, he also has the powers of the Flash. Meanwhile, Grodd, a gorilla with psionic powers, a failed experiment of S.T.A.R Labs, has escaped and is now on his way to Gorilla City, where he expects to gather an army and attack Central City, then all of humankind, so he can be the sole ruler.
