Fifth DC Extended Universe movie
The feature tells the origin of Barry Allen and his personal traumas due to the death of his mother, while 6 scientist from Star Laboratories are fired for selling their inventions out of hatred they use their inventions to get revenge on Laboratorios Star and whomever day he laughed at them and it's only up to Flash to stop them. In the thin scene Barry is showing Iris' nephew named Wally how he gained his powers when the lightning strikes again and gives Wally the same powers as Barry giving rise to Kid Flash.
