A World War II survival drama
In the winter of 1944, a young American soldier is left stranded and on the brink of death behind enemy lines, until he is discovered, rescued and nursed back to health by a Jewish family in hiding. As enemy forces are closing in, he must venture on a dangerous quest to make it back to allied lines, all while escorting the family to safety to repay his debt to them.
