Description of Finn Rodbaker (The Dupe and Sizer):

Born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he has two younger brothers and a single father, his mother died recently but has quickly moved on, he has problems getting what he wants at school like the last school lunch and wished for a way to actually get what he wants. He became blind after an explosion and was blind for three months, but then he was given stem cell treatment and was able to see again, but he also has the powers to shoot lasers out of his eyes, to make things grow, shrink or even duplicate, he even used those powers to save his beloved city.
