Description of Rat Man (???):
A man who was experimented on and imprinted with Rat DNA in his genetic code, and locked in an underground bunker for years. Eventually his body began to mutate more and he began to behave more like a rat, eventually breaking free and now scouring the city in search of some yummy trash while fighting anyone who gets in his way with his peak strength and agility.
