Synopsis

The legend of Christopher Nolan’s Dark Knight lives on in this animated successor. With the Batman gone, all of Gotham wonders who will protect their city. Former cop Richard Grayson, once known as John Blake, inherits all of the hero's resources so he may continue the legacy, as per the will of Bruce Wayne himself. However, others are beginning to stand up to Gotham’s underworld, including the wannabe Bat-Girl, the vengeful young assassin Robin, and the murderous vigilante called the Red Hood. Grayson must prove himself worthy of becoming Gotham’s new defender and uphold Batman's legacy before it is tarnished forever.

The friend of the original Catwoman, Selina Kyle. She chose to stay in Gotham and even inherited Selina's old equipment. She makes a cameo at the end of the film robbing a jewelry store, taunting Batman and Robin as the crime-fighting duo chase after her.
