Harry and George, two brothers thieves and tramps flee the village that hunts them and decide to camp in a hut in the night to take refuge from a sudden storm. When they wake up they suddenly find themselves in front of an immense Victorian villa, where they meet the Claire family: a family of ghosts who, with their villa, can only be seen at night. The head of the guards, Jerome, while following them discovers the secret of the Claire family and in order to be recognized as a hero by the village, he would have made them disappear permanently and return them to the afterlife.
