Basically a what if of if DC had to sell their assets in the 90s like Marvel did, and I somehow ended up with the rights to characters related to Batman, Green Arrow, Blue Beetle, ARGUS, and a few specific characters like King Shark, Lex Luthor, Captain Boomerang, and the Suicide Squad name. Actually story synopsis for THIS film: Batman has been active for three years without any major threat to Gotham outside of the mob, but that changes when the mysterious Hush appears and teams up with the gangster, Black Mask to take down Batman together.
