Years after the events of American Psycho and The Rules of Attraction, both of the Bateman brothers have gone downhill in their lives. Patrick questions his sanity while Sean questions his desires. So after a long time, the brothers decide to reconnect with each other to figure things out, but of course, more strange shit begins to occur.
