One year after the events of the first film, Bruce Wayne and Jim Gordon are tasked to protecting the new Gotham mayor, Bella Reál. But a new wave of murders leads Batman to solve a new mystery as the target is a shape-shifter named Clayface who uses that advantage to frame Batman's trusted ones and plots to assassinate the mayor disguised as Batman himself.
