Description of Lucius Fox:
The head of Wayne Enterprise's R&D division, Lucius Fox is who makes all of Batman's gadgets and armor, being careful to keep it off the company ledgers. After the ousting of the corrupt businessmen that took over Wayne Enterprises while Bruce was away, Bruce promotes Lucius to company CEO to oversee the company while Bruce busies himself with vigilantism.
