In Gotham, not only the police but also the mysterious Batman, in fact the millionaire Bruce Wayne, fights against crime. However, the criminal survives and returns as a mad Joker, a man with a face disfigured by acid into an eternal smile and a clown mask. He kills Grissom, prepares to poison the whole city, and begins to search for Batman, whose identity the photographer Vicky is trying to reveal. Both Batman and Joker are enchanted by her beauty. A masked fighter against crime faces a seemingly impossible task. He must defeat the Joker, save the inhabitants of the city that the Joker wants to poison with poison gas during the celebration, and save Vicky, whom the Joker kidnapped again to make her his mistress against her will.
