A politician has been murdered in Gotham by a new unknown terrorist who is leaving clues and riddles at all of his crime scenes. This case is up to an inexperienced Gotham myth known only as The Batman to solve. Although that is not the only issue in Gotham, as there is a new cat burglar, a new gangstar going by the street name of Penguin, and then there is also the issue of corruption that goes to the top of the Gotham P.D.
