Is kind of the one who prompts Gertrude to sabotage Palmer's civilian project in order to acquire it for militaristic uses. This would be in exchange for control of the material to apply it to.her weaponized drones (either sabotage, espionage, learn how to enlarge them for assaults, mini tanks at a moments notice etc.) My idea would be that Palmer is a high level scientist in Argus and would be able to have the resources to fiercely defend it from being misused hence the extremes of sabotaging to get him out of the way. Gertrude would mostly be blamed as Eiling would cut her loose and deny involvement but Jean Loring would work with Ray and Ryan to eventually make the charges stick.
