    • theoriginalmartian   @kieranhealy That sounds like you're being very closed-minded. What is your actual reasoning behind saying this? Because if you say that it's because he was a terrible Joker then I know that you don't know what you're talking about and I should thus not take you seriously. He was a bad Joker, but he has proven himself to be a great actor (he has the awards to prove it. To say he shouldn't play Morbius because he was a bad Joker is an idiotic argument. Good actors and actress can be terrible in movies, but that is seldom their fault. The fault usually lies with the director and writer(s) in this case. Look no further than the Star Wars prequels. There were plenty of amazing people in that, but George Lucas is a terrible writer and director, and that shows.
