When an investigator named Ilene Marsh starts of helping a young man who is arrest of a shooting at the middle of alley in Newark, New Jersey the year of 1968, Ilene starts to unfold he’s life through interviews. Those interviews start to show a very mysterious past that led he to be who he is makes a play to seize the reins of the chaotic crime world in New Jersey.
