In New York, mysterious radioactive ooze has mutated four sewer turtles into ninjas. The intrepid heroes -- Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael and Michelangelo -- are trained in the Ninjutsu arts by their rat sensei, Splinter. When Shredder and the other mutants arrives and spreads lawlessness throughout the city, it's up the four turtles to stop them and saves the day.
