Four Turtles are trained by a Mutant Rat,and sneak out of the sewers to fight a Japanese Warlord and defend their Master's Honor.In the process,the Turtles discover a conspiracy leading to an Alien Invasion. Turtles would be CGI,but shorter and with more Cartoony looks to clash with the Realistic and Gritty World.
