Directly following, "Ambitious Heist: A Gotham Story". Powel, only survivor of the dirty cops who did the robbery in the last film, eventually cracked under torture and threw the place where he sent all the rest of Frappucilli's stolen money. Kingsley sent everything discreetly to a friend, a former policeman, who now works as a plumber, by mail, in the apartment in the neighborhoods where he lives.
