In Shiverpool, a young rockhopper penguin yearns to be a professional surfer like his hero, Big Z. So when a talent scout arrives to find contestants, Cody heads for Pen-Gu Island. Among the way, Cody meets a surfing legend who helps him learn that there's more to life than surfing.
