A hulking monster with power leeching abilities. His rampage is the first act antagonist of the second movie. Superman fights him to a standstill before being leeched. When Parasite comes back for seconds, the power absorption doesn't last, he ends up facing Bizarro the Superman clone. His attempts to absorb him damaged and disfigure the clone who then kills him in a fit of rage.
