Clark Kent, Lois Lane and Jimmy Olsen are flown to Tokyo, Japan to investigate the ongoing crime wave committed by the nefarious organization Panther Claw and the efforts of the heroine Cutie Honey to stop the group's activities. What Clark doesn't know is that once he suits up as Superman, he discovers that Honey shares a few similarities with the Man of Tomorrow as the two team up to take on Panther Claw and a slew of Superman's rogues out to possess Honey's technology for themselves.
