Fan Casting Barbara Wallfisch-Hawatō in Superhuman (2002-2012)

Jacob’s intelligent but weary stepmother and Rojā’s girlfriend (who was his crush and classmate from high school), a downtown nurse, medical doctor and part-time physics teacher who works tirelessly to hold the family together. Though caring, she has a complicated relationship with Jacob, balancing her role as a parental figure with her own quiet struggles. Finally, Jacob would accept her as his true mother figure, and she would later marry Rojā until his untimely death.
