After helping her cousin defeat Zod, and then Despero, Kara decides to become her own hero while balancing a job at Catco International news. Kara works with the DEO and Martian Manhunter to stop alien threats, but trouble starts to brew when the previous director of the DEO comes to National City for revenge.
