franklinpythonanimations Differences: It is live-action and is similar to the tone of "Sonic the Hedgehog" (2020), and has CGI elements and real life actors. Illumination does not make this live-action film because they already made a Mario movie that is CGI. All the cast is different!

franklinpythonanimations And don't forget that Mario and Luigi wear their signature hats! Mario has a red shirt and jeans overalls, while Luigi has a green shirt and jeans overalls.
