A biological android created by Dr. Gero for the sole purpose of killing Son Goku. However, his plans were dashed when Cell was killed by Gohan, Goku's son. After spending some time in hell, Cell broke out to seek revenge on Gohan for killing him. However, that changed when he met Papi after he broke out of hell. Papi was able to convince him to give up his plans for revenge and find a new purpose in life. Now, Cell lives with Papi, Tomoko, and SMG4 as their new roommate and occasionally goes on adventures with them.
