Starro, a gigantic starfish-like extraterrestrial, is taken in by U.S. Officials after arriving on Earth. Soon, it breaks free of its imprisonment with the help of an advanced clone of Brainiac created by the military, with both entities seeking to take over the world. Now, it's up to the Suicide Squad, as well as a deeply troubled Harley who's still healing from the death of the Joker and some new reluctant allies, to stop these fiends on what may be their last mission.
