John Harris died in the previous film. His death was learned by his wife-Bushra referred to by ISIS Islamists as Lilith because of her cruelty to the children she unscrupulously murders. As it also turned out, Eric Harris survived being shot by Agent 007 and joins the terrorist. Together they plant bombs at every orphanage in Washington DC which they announce via television. They promise not to detonate the bombs if the police deliver them a dead 007. Bond must now act even more carefully than before because of the police and army patrols hunting him and the danger of the terrorist couple killing the children.
