Fan Casting Virgil Hawkins in Static Shock DCEU (2018)

He is an African American student, studies at Dakota Union College and lives in the city of the same name in the United States. Virgil is a smart, intelligent, athletic, lively and very good-humored young man. He was accidentally exposed to an unknown gas. He gained electrostatic superpowers, and used them to become a superhero called Static Shock.
