Synopsis

Virgil Hawkins once was normal, but as a result of accidental exposure to an experimental mutagen in an event known as the Big Bang, he gained the ability to control and manipulate electromagnetism. Plus, when a criminal arrives in his home city, Virgil must become the hero known as Static.

Description of Jimmy Osgood:

Jimmy Osgood was a student at Dakota Union High School who before meeting Virgil and Richie didn't really hang out with other people and still seemed shy even after becoming their friend, that is until his true nature unmasked and he attempted a mass shooting which resulted in Richie getting shot in the leg who served as the main antagonist of the episode "Jimmy".
