My Own Dc Universe Phase 5
The story of Virgil Hawkins and after he got his powers. His best friend Richie is the only one who knows about Static and helps him however he can. Virgil wants to fix the world and change it but when he sees that there are terrorist going around blowing things up and killing a lot of people, he decides to step in and help but finds it more hard to balance his own life with that of a hero's.
