Taking place sometime between Ultimates² and Ultimates³. Kevin Connor is the Starbrand, the host of the Earth's cosmic defense mechanism. Now holding nigh-unlimited power only to ensure his world's survival, Kevin has, needlessly to say, become a little stressed out. Kevin tries to return to his life on Earth only to get to college and find a familiar face waiting for him inside his dorm room. Now stuck with Nightmask, now going by Adam, for the rest of the school year. Connor quickly finds out that once you get superpowers, there's no going back.
